 "
Say less and do more — and focus whatever you say or do on the service of one life at a time.

"
To inspire awareness of the value of each human life regardless of the most challenging social or economic circumstances.

"

Generosity, morality, respect, service, listening to the Dharma, and meditation — these are the action for the good. Each one is a practice that can be cultivated and further refined, becoming the causes for our own happiness and the happiness of others.  These acts for the good become our gift to the world.
— JOSEPH GOLDSTEIN
Letting go doesn’t mean to stop caring,
it means I can’t do it for someone else.
It’s to admit powerlessness,
which means the outcome is not in my hands.

Letting go is not to try to change another,
 I can only change myself.
It’s not to care for but to care about.
It’s not to fix but to be supportive.

Letting go is not to judge or blame,
but to allow another to be a human being.
It’s not to be in the middle arranging the outcomes.
It’s to allow others to effect their own outcomes.

Letting go
is to fear less — and to love more.

"
The physical and maternal capacity to actively receive, embrace, nourish and nurture new life has as its analogue a similar feminine professional ability to 'receive' those around her —  that is to receive and nourish the ideas of those around her.

"
I plan to continue advocating for the unique needs of women and children throughout the world whose circumstances require much greater support. I hope to be an effective witness to the power of converting personal suffering to a powerful energy rooted in deeper compassion, greater awareness, and more authentic generosity.
